Q: What is the difference between the KJV and the KJVER?
A: There are 700 respelled words in the KJVER. Each are listed alphabetically on page xxv in front of the Bible. No word of doctrine has been changed in any way whatsoever. The KJVER follows the Received Text (King James Version – KJV) word for word. A few examples are; abhorrest to abhor, changest to change, cometh to come, goest to go, shalt to shall. Thou has been changed to you, an example would be You shall not …… The word ye is the plural form for you, such as when our Lord would speak “come ye…..” He would be speaking to a group of people. We put “you” with a superscript p above it letting the reader know it is plural.
